Ozersky Souvenir has introduced and maintains the НАССР system that is proved by the international certificate.
НАССР (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is the system which is aimed at identification of hazardous factors,
establishing of critical control points, introduction of preventive measures and inspection systems.
At present HACCP is recognized in all over the world as the most effective methods of food safety.

Kosher status

All the products of Ozersky Souvenir have the Orthodox Union certificate of kosher status.
It is the largest Orthodoxal organization of the USA and Canada.
The certificate of kosher status issued by the Orthodox Union means the warranty of high quality.
The strict examination of all the ingredients and the manufacture itself is conducted in order to receive it.
Only natural, ecologically pure and irreproachable goods are able to undergo the certification.
The Product possessing kosher status serves the right for receiving a special mark named “aksher”
